Dutch PropTech Company Chainels Brings MIPIM's Global ESG Award Home
[Rotterdam, 18/03/24] – Rotterdam-based real estate tech company Chainels wins the CommuniCare Impact Award at MIPIM’s Global ESG Awards. As well as being recognised for its activities to create environmental and social value in real estate, Chainels is celebrating its tenth year anniversary in business in 2024.
Chainels, a Rotterdam-based real estate technologies company won the CommuniCare Impact Award at Global ESG Awards, hosted during MIPIM in Cannes, France.
The Global ESG Awards are created to acknowledge the work of companies and individuals within the construction & real estate sector. ESG considerations in construction and real estate encompass a wide range of practices aimed at reducing environmental impact, promoting social responsibility, and ensuring ethical governance.
These factors have become progressively crucial for companies in these sectors to remain competitive, attract investors, and meet the expectations of a more environmentally and socially conscious market.
Following 180 nominations across six categories, 6,801 public votes and 2,177 evaluations done by a global official jury committee, the ranking revealed Chainels’ victory for the CommuniCare Impact Award, for the best solutions for affected communities, consumers, and end-users.
